Here's all of the instructions!
1.Choose one solid paper AND choose two pictures. Edit one of the pictures to black and white. You may want to go ahead and pick out five patterned papers.

2.Now crop your photos into two rectangular shapes. Place them in the middle of your solid paper. Tilt them if you desire. Don’t forget to add shadowing.

3.Crop one paper into a large circle and place it in the center of your solid paper behind both photos. Crop another paper into a rectangle and place centered in front of the circle shaped paper.

4.Take your remaining three papers and create any shape you’d like (more circles, squares, rectangles or ovals etc) and place on top of that rectangle shaped paper. Add shadowing.

5.Choose one ribbon, one rickrack, and one string. Place the ribbon and rickrack behind your photos and the string on top. Add shadowing.

6.Add the following elements to your layout: 3 different flowers ( more if you’d like), one button, and one swirl. You may duplicate if need be. Add shadowing.

7.Add a title to your page and journaling if you like.

Yay! hopefully I will be able to get on tonight. I will pick a night or day this week also that I can jump on and instruct a speed scrap as well. I will get back to the group about day and time by tomorrow

I love the page maps since I can save the picture and use them later, but the speedscraps were super fun. The best part of speedscrap is that you feel like you are part of the big group and then everyone comments on everyone photos. I don't know about you but what is more fun then finding little bits of encouragement!! Maybe Lisa Delange can help or Aileen both of those woman did amazing layouts on Survivor.

I am so flattered. I can't wait to get back to them too. Going a month without a computer killed me. It put me so far behind that I feel like I am never ever going to catch up. I am hoping after the kids go to school I can get on in. I will look at my calendar. One more week and the kids go back to school. Oh happy day!

I love the Pagemap challenges but on other sites they are listed as "Sketch Challenges" as a separate category from speed scraps. There are other sites that have layout sketches if you run out of pagemaps. I also love the true speed scraps and cannot wait until Channon has another one!

Thanks for the feeback ~ as a compromise (until Channon is back) and idea to help this may be to simply set your timer to complete it within one hour ~ I have a bad case of completion as well ~ I was going even an hour or more past the hosted speed scraps still tweaking LOL!

I like the PageMap speed scraps, but I also like the hosted ones. I find if I'm given a lot of time, I end up working for hours on one page deliberating over every little detail, and who has the time for that!

Hi Ladies,

Would like to get your feedback on how you like the PAGEMAP SPEEDSCRAPS? We currently have 57 SPEED SCRAPS LISTED and new ones added continually. There were new CALENDAR PAGEMAPS added today, and you can also find PAGEMAP GREETINGS ;)

A link to ALL OF THEM is found just below the pink menu at the top of the site under Speed Scraps and again at inside the info on the SPEED SCRAP GROUP PAGE.

Do you find these inspirational? Do you like having flexible time to work on these, if you miss some you can always scroll back to that date or forward to the next one.

Please let me know if these kind of SPEED SCRAPS are working for you or if you prefer the traditional hosted SPEED SCRAPS.

Thanks for your feedback,

Wenda
